CPO Team

CPO Team began with three intrapreneurs at T-Bank: Leonid Kolybin, Konstantin Rubtsov, and Aleksandr Kozhevnikov. Brought together in 2024, we set out to connect product strategy with the decisions teams make every day. Through Product Review, we challenged assumptions, aligned priorities, and helped shape the next chapter of the mobile bank. Along the way, we came to believe that product leadership is a team effort — built on shared ownership, honest conversations, and the ambition to make a meaningful difference for customers.
